In employing MonkeyFish Marketing, you are confirming you agree to the company terms & conditions.
MonkeyFish Marketing will require email or written confirmation to proceed with any project.

MonkeyFish Marketing, nor any other reputable SEO company, can promise traffic gain, guaranteed
SEO placement results or more sales because of any Internet Marketing project. Normally the end result of the Internet
Marketing process will be more traffic, better rankings and more sales. However, as said, no reputable SEO company
can promise this.
As part of the search engine project, MonkeyFish Marketing may purchase and host a domain allied to the project. This
domain, although it shall remain the property of MonkeyFish Marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing, will be used
during the contract period to the benefit of the client project. After the period of the contract the domain, unless
transferred to the client, may be used by MonkeyFish Marketing as deemed appropriate.
Any SEO process takes an absolute minimum of two to four months to show some significant effect. During this time the
client site is analysed and optimised within the timelines and resources specified in the agreement. Achieving stable high
rankings can take up to 12 months and all SEO projects should be viewed as long term projects.
MonkeyFish Marketing SEO team aim for number 1 position on all major search engines, however we follow Google
guidelines and no guarantee is made to achieve number 1 position or even page one on Google. We work in two ways a
set up fee to be paid so that the MonkeyFish Marketing SEO team can carry out all the onsite work to your website,
and then paid an agreed fee when the client can see page one results on there chosen search engines and search terms.
MonkeyFish Marketing also work on a set up fee again for the SEO work to be carried out then monthly payments.
MonkeyFish does guarantee that we will ensure your website is equipped with the right tools to compete on the major search engines.

We will ensure that our team work with your web designers and third party agencies in a good manner.
We will ensure that your website is optimised with all the keywords you have agreed.
We will ensure good internal and external linking.
We will ensure you have a site map.
We will ensure a good amount of directory listings each month.
We will ensure you have blog links from our blogs to help with links and targeted traffic.
We will ensure good account management each month from account managers.
We will ensure ranking reports each month.
We will ensure that we teach you as much as we can to help your internet marketing campaign.
We will send videos to help you or your team how to build blogs, links and harness the power of social networking.
MonkeyFish Marketing use both paid for and free submission services including MSN, Yahoo, Google,
ExactSeek, EntireWeb, ScrubTheWeb & more. The actual search engines and directories submitted to may
change, and Monkey FishMarketing Internet Services reserve the right to update the submissions list as they feel
best meets the client's SEO project needs.
Where the registered administrative contact for any domain held by a client is NOT MonkeyFish Marketing, then
MonkeyFish Marketing are NOT responsible for any lapse in renewal of any such domains. This applies whether
MonkeyFish Marketing host the website and/or domain for a client.
FTP access to the website files is preferred to enable any updates to be made to the site. These updates are done after
consultation with the client. A back up folder is set up in the FTP space, in which copies of the original files are placed.
If FTP access is not to be provided, a contact email address is required for any updates to be posted to as required.
In this instance, if updates are not allowable or applied as directed to your website, then this will very likely have a
negative effect on the SEO project and any subsequent listings. MonkeyFish Marketing will NOT be responsible for any
updates for which we do not have FTP access.
MonkeyFish Marketing reserves the right to use, where it feels it is in the interest of the SEO project,
external service providers and contractors. This is only ever done when it is felt that the SEO project will benefit from
such actions.
MonkeyFish Marketing are in no way responsible for the content or purpose, implied or otherwise, of
ANY website submitted via the SEO services it offers.
'Inbound links' may be purchased from a third party supplier and although MonkeyFish Marketing make every effort
to ensure these links are permanent and of value to the project, they are not responsible should any of these links
cease or the host website no longer exist. In the case of these links no longer being in place then MonkeyFish
Marketing will make every reasonable effort to contact the supplier to replace or update the link.
All information on this site is the property of MonkeyFish Marketing Ltd, and cannot be copied or
reprinted (in art or otherwise) without written permission of MonkeyFish Marketing Ltd.
Payment Terms are any agreed payment/deposit to be paid within 30 days from receipt of the invoice. If the client has
unpaid bills, we reserve the right stop working and reverse any work done until the payment is made in full.
All contracts, unless stated otherwise in the agreement, are for a minimum term of 12-months.

directories as per any agreement and make every effort to succeed with your project. Where we differ from many other
SEO and Internet companies is that we will always go 'the extra mile' to try and make the project successful.
However, due the ever changing nature of the search engines and the need for many clients to maintain a level of control
over the design and content of their website, we feel it necessary to include the above terms and conditions.
